I apologize if there is something obvious I am missing, but I seem to be completely unable to use Notched Axe. Obviously in this specific game state, there is nothing to use it on, but it appears faded out (and unusable) for the entirety of a stage. To clarify: I have used other items no problem. This is the only one that doesn't seem to work for me.
