so I’m switch laptop types but don’t want to loose all my progress. How do I get the game files from my Mac computer and put them on to my windows computer to play the game where I left off on my windows computer. 

Basically how do I transfer data from Mac computer to windows computer so I can play the game on my windows laptop without loosing any progress ?
