Whenever I talk, my Vtuber bounces way too far and too quick, and I'm unsure what option it would be to fix it? I can provide files as well If need be!

From the main screen, open the options under the little gear icon.

In there you'll find sliders for "bounce force" and "bounce gravity".
Play around with these until your avatar bounce feel right to you.
