Hello, I preorder the game a long long time ago. I bought the maximum, $100. Where I got the shirt, mousepad, and beta gameplay. Well it took so long, I forgot about this, but now I would like the game that I prepurchased. How would I receive it? I have proof of my pre-order as well. Thanks.

The thing is the company email and domain are all canceled and I don't really use this email anymore, so I won't be able to reply quickly. Patreon is still the best way to contact me, but I think it requires you to sign up an account and join as a free member to contact me.

Long time ago, but I sent an email with proof for my pre-order as well. It looks like you actually need to be a paid member, and not just a free member to message creators on patreon.
