Adding to daniil20007, Kobold threesome is done by stalling the animation for kobold until another kobold walks past you (so you need a stretch with multiple kobolds) and it will prompt you to hit the action button when the animation starts to get the alternate one.
A lot of the ones that aren't just from being defeated by that enemy type, like flight instructor and naughty villagers, requires you to talk to the wing suit kobolds in town to the left of the main start area to get a quest to go look for a missing kobold, which in turn gets you access to the elevator up to the royal court.
