Make sure you're on 0.3.0
Have all girls at affection 9 and desire 100
Talk with both of them in the school evening "about the other girls"
Call them to the lockers, the threesome option will show up (you will probably need to refuse sex when you enter the lockers, this is fixed in the next version)
