Needs some Optimization and Other things

It's a nice Alpha there is potential and while I have not seen a tremendous amount of bugs. First and foremost optimization is needed I don't think it should be using a good chunk of my CPU like it is now. two, I get it, I see the sketch-fab and that's fine but some of those do throw me from getting immersed in the world especially some of the neon light decor in the bar. three: the voices are a bit off-putting, If there is Ai- use it for the quest NPCs cool(I can't quite tell)... those should be placeholders... There are plenty of freelance voice actors looking for work or heck even getting some friends together for those lines would be great. this is an indie project it doesn't have to be perfect. and hey if the plan is to sell this down the line you could use some of the money for that. same for the generic NPCs, if Skyrim can get away with one person voicing multiple nords, elves, etc. you can too. Gameplay-wise the walk speed is a bit slow, and shooting is serviceable, but the camera inside buildings is a bit jank and the animations are a bit meh.. all that withstanding I think it is a good job for one guy. I know the bar is up there and I'm not expecting it to be GTA, but you have done yourself a great service keeping the world small it shouldn't be much bigger than it is now. I think the NSFW/SFW options would be cool given that your bar and restaurant setting is building a relationship with the generic NPC to eventually hit that home run with them whether you get to see that animation or not is the difference but hey could like unlock a health or stamina bonus. it doesn't have to be in-depth but it certainly could  set your game apart

Hey there, thanks a lot for your feedback and the suggestions!

Improving game performance is still a high priority for me, and it's definitely something I plan to address.

Regarding the quests and dialogues, they're currently just placeholders and will be replaced once I start working on the actual storyline. I plan to begin that phase after finishing the last locations on the map and fixing any remaining bugs.

Building relationships with characters is a great idea that I've also been considering. I can definitely see incorporating something like that into the game in the future :)
