Digital Logic Sim by Sebastian Lague (modded)

Tekra v1.0.2 (may be updated in the future)

-Added features:

    - Added "16x9 SCREEN" chip

      - Note: This will not be a built-in chip because it has proven hard to reverse engineer and program that in while also being able to see inside and edit this chip.
      - You can build a computer to automatically toggle each of the 144 pixels.
      - Please see folder named "DOCUMENTATION" that was included in zip file to see usage.
      - You can edit this chip to your heart's content if you so choose.

Known Bugs (please read):

    - When viewing a subchip, the workspace is able to load the size of the subchip correctly, however, when you exit the chip to go back to view current chip, the zoom is applied from the subchip to current chip. To fix this, make sure you save your chip before viewing subchips and then load that saved chip if needed or just create the chip again if you havent added too many subchips and wires to remember. Alt+R will not reset zoom properly unless you create a new chip or you edit an already existing chip.
    - When you zoom out or in the chip you are editing and don't reset it, and then save, the size of chip will be incorrect when reloading. Resizing and saving should fix it.
    - Sometimes when a chip is loaded, the size may be incorrect. Resize chip if necessary.

Once again, HAVE FUN!

There was a change to the Usage.html. If you already downloaded this mod, redownload it for the update.

does this work with the mac version of dls?

I am actually not sure. I would assume if the original DLS works on Mac, this would too.

is there any way you can make a Linux version? i cant use a windows machine and i really wanna try this mod out, since both the CE and DSL 2 are very old.

how do you even make that chip?

How can u zoom in/out? its the only thing i would very much like in original DLS that is mandatory, as only smaller builds are possible with the small workingspace

how do i get this update in itch io app in macOS dls

wdym?

for me it only shows dls as an app i cant open or imoprt the mod

i don't use macOS so i don't know how to help you.

How do I make the 4B Register display to work?

Where is your project folder located? It says to put the "demo" folder in your projects folder but I don't know which on that is or where is it located (I specifically couldn't find a folder named "project")

hey i downloaded the mod and im able to zoom in and out aswell as move around on the screen but the rest of the stuff im not sure about. when i tried the seven seg display on a chip it showed up but didnt do anything, although that might be due to not using the exact inputs as in the series, and i have no idea where the 16x9 screen is, as i havent found it in the chip library and dont know where else there is. and i dont know if this is part of the mod at all, but are you supposed to be able to make the screen bigger instead of just moving around on the normal sized one? i may be confused with other mods but i would like to know how thats done if it is possible. thank you

ok nvm i figured that all out by reading the usage and read-mes available, although i have a newe problem. when i tried adding the chips from the mod to my own project it wasnt working. at first it was because i forgot to put their names into the project settings, but then when i tried it with that sorted, they where appearing but whenever i tried to actually use them i couldnt stop dragging them even when i wasnt clicking. it would start happening to other chips that i had made myself too, then i wouldnt be able to press the quit button and have to press alt + f4 to get out, what might i have done wrong?
