I have unlocked the ability to start at the second outpost. Starting a new game, you go from town to town and unlock the fast travel to each you visit.. When starting at the second outpost, the fast travel back to town is unavailable, wouldn't it make sense to be able to travel back to the town of monsters or the first town? I don't understand why it is unavailable, as you would visit those towns on the way to the second outpost.

On top of that, if you want to start here and go backwards the first person you fight is the Dark knight which is bonkers of course. I get the feeling the point is to move forward from the second outpost but doing so from the very start and at level one makes no sense at all.
