Hi, I wanted to play in windowed due to the game appearing to blown up on my monitor's base resolution, but toggling the setting seems to change nothing and the game still runs in fullscreen with no way to change the resolution.  Is this intended?

I'm running v1.01 on Windows 11 Pro.
