Two weeks ago, I discovered the game and I immediately fell in love with the writing. I was and am still blown away by the quality and engagement of the project and I can't wait for the next update (do we have any news on that other than here or Twitter/X? The fan discord link seems to be dead, too). 

Now, I am playin on Android and I've already seen that I'd have to uninstall the current version and install the new one when it comes out. I would like to retain my saves for the next build and already found the location as described here https://lemmasoft.renai.us/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39176

Has anyone here managed to backup their saves from a previous version? Is it as simple as pasting the files back into the folder once the new version is installed?
