does anyone know what this was developed on? Seems like a relatively simple engine for 2D fighting games. (compared to other engines) I have been looking everywhere for a 2D pixel based sprite engine and would love to know what this is made on. Thanks! (Sidenote: I am coming to this game for a engine because from I could fine "footsies" was from the a normal game dev tool)
