Let me know your opinion of this little project of mine. This was never meant to be anything large, just a quick and fun way for me to express my excitement for Silksong again.

This was absolutely amazing, i personally enjoyed playing it very much! I would love it to keep being updated

you should make the attack hitbox at least as tall as the player

also maybe remove the attack startup time? there seems to be 0.1s latency between input and attack (0.25s for spells) which isn't in hollowknight, caused me to get hit many times

everything's good exceeept... the gravity and the hitbox.

For gravity i mean Hornet's terminal velocity being far too high or at least superior to what is actually in hollow knight/silksong. and the fact that throwing pins doesn't stop you in the air for a second.

for the hitboxes i have seen that once you press the attack button hornet does the animation AND attacks making the attack delayed. this is avoidable by just making the hitbox appear the moment you press the attack button.

this is just my suggestion, game's great and it's a way to cope the non existence of skong.
