I could have 50 tickets and the tooltip description to trigger on-hit, on-death, etc. effects would not budge in percentage chance at all.  Default survivors, proc coefficient 1.

So it's either the item isn't working or the tooltip via BetterUI isn't working. I'm not an experienced player so I don't know how best to go about testing if it works or not. What do you guys think?
