I've watched this tutorial 

I have the browser audio set the same as the programs input,  Browser cable out put and Browser cable input PNGTUBERPLUS would also have the same  virtual cable input  but no sound is being recognized, but if i switch back to a regular mic its instantly recognized any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm using this program for a chat pet!
