Is there a way to turn fullscreen off by default, or any other settings like that?

there is a fullscreen toggle option in the options menu but the default window size is 1680x1050

To be more specific, is there a way to toggle fullscreen off once and never again? Every time I want to use walkthrough beside the game, Im turning fullscreen off. Its a very tiny inconvenience.

I think if you turn on the "Command Remember" option it will keep the settings stored
