Impregnation is a thing in the game for some women but not all. There even is a short "animation" where the sperm travels trough the vagina and kisses the "egg" at the end if impregnation was successful, ofc in a cute way. 

Dirty talk about pregnancy is not really a thing atm but might change. Pregnancy is also completely avoidable if toggled off.
