Will there be any Android version like para ark if not does this have any alternative to play 

Try joyplay method, you can download it on google play

Download Window version the game
Use "Zarchiver" to extract the file
Use "Joiplay" and select the game.exe / nw.exe to play It
Tap bottom left or right corner if it is stuck in black screen
(Might not be compatible to some mobile though)
