The Sultan of the Imperial Realm is in desperate need of your help. He's sent out specialized search and rescue teams to no avail. Even with his mass quantity of resources, he cannot recoup his beloved concubine.
The rumor is that dark spirited desert deities have taken them for ransom. Either the Sultan will have to pay a heaping sum or you can find these lost babes yourself, and the Sultan will be forever in your debt.
