I am enjoying the simulation so far, however I would be very happy if I had the ability instead of using the slider, just writing the number. That way I can be more specific in my enviroment control and avoid population shocks, for example:

I would like to slowly reduce the amount of fruits in the aquarium by 10, but it is difficult to do with a slider when you get to low numbers (sub 500).
Ability to press on the number and write in "380" would be a great improvement.
