This is much too hard for me, very far from being an idle game. After year ~18-20 I get plundered constantly and my villagers starve basically every year if not even more often.

Would you please add a peaceful game mode, with no attacks and more lenient gameplay (such as food consumption)? This would be so relaxing if it wasn't so difficult
