I'm thinking of perhaps using my skills as an artist to make none-pixelart sprites for every character part. Which means that the artwork will be a much greater resolution than the current sprites. Some 2D game engines tie the size of an object to the raw pixel count of a sprite. In those cases, if I were to increase the resolution of a sprite, I would inadvertently also increase the size of the sprite.
Does it work that way in Hole Dweller? Or will the sprites of a given body part stay the size it's supposed to be?
