The only gore is when Sayori hangs herself
There's way more than that. You've only completed Act 1 of the game.
Well, Yuri does stab herself and cut herself too,
But that's literally all of the gor
There's still a few more, but it's randomized each playthrough. You can try finding them, or just searching it up on youtube
