After getting Oricalphus  and returning to turn in at guild quest 2nd floor it just repeats same dialogue without being able to turn it into him.

Oh, you need an oricalcus, not an oricalphus to complete the quest. It's more of an end-game quest.

Thanks! And chest on bottom of screen before the ice room where key is required didn't have anything in it was this planned?

I'll look into that shortly.

Edit: It looks like there are items in those chests. One is a mid potion while the other is a blue feather.
