1.  What does the  NSFW switch in the game options do exactly.

2. i know this a game about kinks mainly inflation and pregnant. but will there be nudity or is it already there and i haven't found it yet?

1. NSFW only affects one game over sequence and one or two enemy in the game so there isn't really to much of a difference.

2. yes there are some naked enemies but they don't show up with NSFW off and to my knowledge can only be found in either the cow farm or the jungle.
