I think you should add Levels to the game so you have to actually move and not just set up Turrets everywhere.

Second thing is that the more your Clothes are broken the more likely you are to be fucked. But please find a way to make it consensual.

Tentacles would be nice

There should be an inventory system, you should also be able to repair or remove clothing.

The player should be able to heal (by Masturbating or normal health pickups)

A gallery for H animations would be great.

you should be able to Customize the player Character a bit (Removing public hair or something)

There should be a Town or something that the player can Visit between levels to get items, Sleep or maybe to work as a Prostitute.

maybe get some ferals  like dogs wolfs maybe even horses or a lion ? (lions now that would be  undiscovered ground on a +18 game)
a set of skins for the player character like    human /alien/furry and the like (that would boost the downloads)

It will have roguelike element, and of course turrets will cost more once the game updated.

I`m thinking adding character and skins the more you play the game.
