Hi! So im trying to get or unlock the "exceed the limits" in the skill tree and not sure what to do to unlock it in this mod or while this mod is loaded.

Do i need to capture all factions?(both base game and modded factions)

Or do i need to just capture all base game factions?

You can't exceed the limits.It's not possible in this mod as their are 3 new factions called chaos,gates of synergy and gates of cycles which are specifically there to stop you from exceeding limits.They are not possible to defeat.
