In addition to notifying me about bugs, I'd appreciate it if you sent me the logs during that session. They really help me pinpoint where things went wrong and make fixing stuff faster. I usually reserve a couple of days after an update to bugfixes. Outside of that window, you're probably looking at it getting fixed on the next update, so send in those reports and logs as quick as you can!
Importantly, the player log must be from the same session that the bug occurred. So as soon as it happens, quit the game and grab the log. Relaunching the game after that overwrites the log, so it won't be useful unless the bug occurs during that session as well. The player log on Windows is usually in *USER FOLDER*\AppData\LocalLow\Ello\Walker\Player.log.
You can send logs to rmufrancisco@gmail.com with the subject of HAMMER BUG REPORT or similar, along with a description of the bug as well as any screenshots or footage you think is relevant. Other things I'd appreciate is if you write down the steps to replicate the bug (eg, mech parts list, button presses, game mode, etc). Not possible all the time, but it helps a lot.
