I don't think that it's highly possible. As in ZR1, there is CG about conceiving, but there's not CG about pregnant characters. Pity

I wish there was a pregnancy system, cause you're rebuilding the humanity, then again some scenes are MC x family member.

I always felt that this was what was lacking from the ZR series, but at least in ZR1 you can decide whether or not MC impregnates Talia, though I highly doubt she'd be unhappy about it thankfully. <3

You're right. It's a shame there's no preggo content, but there are a lot of people who don't really like that. It'd be fair to have some sort of a switch in the settings whether you want that or not.
