Skills for using 'mana reserve' ?

In combat I see a gauge with this description:

This represents your mana reserve. Certain skills will allow you to draw mana out of this reserve and into your active mana pool.

However in the skills list I’m unable to find any skills which have this effect. Am I missing something or are these skills not yet implemented?

You need to encounter Golem and Touch it, that gives you the skill in question. You have to deal with Golem next, ofc.

Thanks, as you say I was able to obtain the Focus Energy skill after finding the golem.
