In the latest update I just fooled around in the first zone to find the orc. I decided to see what happens if the orc finds me and after the scene I was sent to the game over screen. I thought that the outcome looks quite normal just like every other time Hiro gets pumped full.

Maybe you could emphasize that that experience was worse than any other by making his ass visibly gape.
