I have downloaded everything and opened the game. All I can do is choose a screen name and first name. I keep pressing sign in or the green puppet running, but it doesn't do anything. Then I try to quit to restart, I've done that a few times but it still does not work. 

I got to the icon screen ONCE but I can't choose an icon either. I can't quit, I can't progress. 

What can I do? 

i've been having this issue, too. i'm honestly not too sure what's up, but it worked for me when i downloaded it off of steam instead, if that means anything.

Unfortunately I don't have steam. But thank you tho! It worked for me when I figured out mouse configuration was off by I think a few cm. It's very difficult, but it is what it is.
