Currently no, but I can add that config option.

As of 0.3.1, you now have /toggle_ping_only which covers this usecase.

It stacks with /set_talk_chance though, so watch out. Set that to 100 if you want the bot to always respond when pinged in that particular channel.

Be sure to rerun ~register to get any new commands.

awesome, the entire thing works surprisingly well and i found myself having fun messing with k/p/temp for ages trying to get good responses

ive set it up to basically just be a fucked up magic 8ball with the ping and a context
