Review: Phenomenal game! So impressive!

Project: Eden's Garden has been on my radar for a while. After playing it, I can confidently say that this is, by far, the most well-made Fangan I've ever seen. If you had told me that Spike Chunsoft had made this, I would believe you; this team put enormous time and effort into making this game feel as authentic as possible, and it really shows! It closely mirrors the Danganronpa format without relating to the original canon, taking place in America rather than Japan and with college-aged Ultimates. From the soundtrack to the art to the gameplay, Project: Eden's Garden is practically indistinguishable from the quality of the original—in some ways, it's better in my opinion, such as by improving on frustrating game mechanics and backing away from the more unrealistic/cartoon-y elements and tropes in the original series. It has a compelling, eccentric cast of characters and a fascinating protagonist, all of whom I'm excited to learn more about over the course of the story. The incorporation of unique elements, such as the animal motifs for each character and the biblical allusions, resonate all too well with the zany spirit of Danganronpa, and the number of theories buzzing in my head just after this first release is insane. Although only the prologue has been published, this game is extremely promising, and I can't wait for the upcoming chapters of the game!! :D
