So, last hope will soon be entering a Closed Alpha. This will be for people in my streaming community and my GTARP community.

There are a few things I want to go over in this post so that it's smooth sailing for everyone to understand what's happening, how to join etc.

1. Ranked will be enabled - myself and the Dev team don't want this Closed Alpha to be a sweat fest, however. We do need to test our MMR system and make sure it's functioning as it's supposed too (And that our anti-cheat measures are working correctly) So you *should* see your current rank on the main menu when you open the game. And fingers crossed it'll be more or less flawless.

2. How do I download the game? - as we're not on steam (yet) we will be using Google Drive to share the game, it is currently 8GB in size. Download links will be in our discord only - do NOT accept any other links.

3. I'm not in your streaming or RP community, but I still want to partake? - we will welcome you with open arms! Just join the games Discord server!

4. How do I report a bug or player? - Whilst we're still working on reporting in game, please stick to reporting players, bugs or other issues in our Discord server, or on the Itch.io community message board, we're a small dev team and having 1000 things in 1000 different places makes it much harder for us to fix issues with the game, we want to make the game as great as possible not just for ourselves, but for you too! So help us help you and we all reap the rewards!

The Closed Alpha will be starting on the 30th of November

Now we're getting a bit closer I think it's time we actually tell you guys what's gonna be available during the closed alpha,

To keep the game size low whilst we're not on steam, we will only have 3 maps/game modes available, we may increase this. However starting out this is what you can expect

Maps:

1. Shopping Center
2. One on One
3. Train Station

Game Modes:

1. Free for All
2. Team Deathmatch
3. One on One (A modified version of Free for All designed for one-on-one matches)

The one-on-one map is a preview of an unfinished map that the team is still working on. However, because we love it so much, we decided to lock off the unfinished parts. This made the map incredibly small; we were unable to use it for normal game modes.

You're free to record clips of your gameplay, however we kindly request you don't stream the game or post any clips until the game is released on Steam. However, if you wish to post them in the Discord, we may use them for future content (We will give you a shoutout don't worry!) The reason for this is that the game is still in very early alpha, and we don't want people seeing the game before it's ready for the public eye. We hope you understand and agree to this.

I (Slothhiie) will be hosting a lobby most of the day (On the 30th) going between the different game modes/maps and talking to people etc.

The Dectre Games team looks super forward to seeing how people react to the first time seeing this game and look forward to hearing your feedback.
