Please be aware that this simulation is a buggy awful mess and that I’m a biologist and not a programmer, lol.

It has some functionality, they do move around and reproduce and even evolve to some extent. The nicest things that you can get out of this are the rather large datasets that you can do population genetics/dynamics calculations on.

Lotka-volterra interactions, phylogenies, etc.

It’s all about those csv-files that get written into the app directory.

I have a few disorganised R scripts on my github that you are free to use if you think that’s fun.
