The Dark elves content start is when you reach the Underdark. Fight the crazy sister and defeat all the enemies inside including the Ghost 'boss'. It will automatically play an autorun even after you defeat it, it will transfer you to Katselia Pub and then the Priestess leaves the party after. There are scenes that can be easily missed.
