Hi You may post bugs and concerns here. Provide as much information as you can when doing so. Screenshots and crash logs are helpful.

Ran into this during the tardigrade + sponge fight after killing the tardigrade, when the sponge moved to the tardigrade's position. Haven't been able to replicate it.

Ran into this after dying to the snipe in the red area with oracle and palmer in the party. Dying to the snipe in the second blue area with palmer brought palmer into the afterlife. Not sure if this is intentional given that dying in battle only brings the player character to the afterlife.

Hope the images rendered alright.

Edit: Did this again and got the exact same error.

Ran into this during the enemy's attack during the tardigrade + sponge fight. Not sure how this happened as the error occured when I clicked the 'x' button in the top right corner of the window.

Edit: After a couple of minutes with the game and 'code error' windows open, the game window turned black.

Palmer's 'will you take palmer to the hospital' prompt seems to have some interesting effects.

-While the prompt is on screen, snipe will shoot at the normal rate but each shot will cause damage several times, meaning that the player can die extremely quickly.

-If either spacebar, left or right is held when the 'z' key is pressed to bring up the prompt on screen, the player and party will move as if that key had been held, but slowed down (eg. holding spacebar means that the hover animation will take several times longer, or holding right will move them at a reduced speed). This does not stop until the text prompt is exited.

-While in this moving state, touching an enemy that would normally initiate an encounter has no effect.

Wow! Thank you for all your help! I believe you are also the first to find Oracle! Your reports have been very helpful so far. A few of these have been found before, some not, but now all of them are replicatable. So, good work.

No problem. I'm fairly sure that Oracle's platform can only be reached if the player flips or mashes the spacebar during their jump, neither of which are obvious things to do.

-I got this during the snipe fight in the blue area. I had 7 party members in total at this point.

-The game froze during this battle in the green area with the ledge that can be dropped down to go underground. Pressing numpad9 as suggested didn't do anything.

-Jumping off a sloped surface while moving up it can launch the player into the air. This gives much more height than either a regular jump or a flip. I also managed to do a similar jump by jumping onto a blue rotating platform and mashing the jump key, as well as jumping onto the side of the horizontally moving platforms and mashing the jump key while in the air.

-If an encounter begins while palmer or oracle are hovering (possibly falling as well, I'm not sure), the battle will begin with their hovering sprites being used instead of their idle animations. This will persist until they either attack or are hit by an enemy attack. Lo doesn't seem to be affected by this.

-Talking to palmer while the bottom of the screen is visible (only possible in the green area near the owl as far as I'm aware) will cause the dialogue boxes to be drawn near the centre of the screen instead of near the bottom. Jumping in this area while talking to palmer or the owl will cause the dialogue box to move downwards once Lo reaches a certain height. The box will then move to its initial position once Lo falls below that height.

-There's also a graphical glitch which happens when talking to the squid in the afterlife. This doesn't seem to happen in the starting area. This seems to be triggered while the squid's dialogue is being written into the box.
