RULES:
Before Duel starts:
- Each player has an amount of cards called deck;
- Each deck must have 40 cards;
- The player cannot use more than 3 cards with the same name in the deck.
At start of Duel:
- Both player's deck is shuffled;
- Both gain 8000 life points;
- Both draw (pull out cards from the top of their face-down decks) 5 cards.
Row:
- Row is where one player can make its play;
- When the row of one player ends, the row of other starts;
- Each row is divided by steps: Draw, Select, Combine and Battle.
Steps:
- Draw: The row's player draws until their hand has 5 cards;
- Select: The row's player selects any numbers of cards in their hand to combine;
- Combine: The cards selected are combined with the one in the field (if any);
- Battle: Where the power of creatures are compared. The player's row creature is considered the attacker.
Battle:
- The row player's creature is considered the attacker and the other defender;
- The battle is divided by 2 steps: Boost and Result.
- Boost: the nature of the attacker is compared to the defender to check any advantage/disadvantage. If advantaged, it gains 500 power. If disadvantaged, it loses 500.
- Result: the attacker attacks. If its power is higher than the defender, the other player creature is destroyed and the difference of powers subtracted from their life points. Else if equal, both creature are destroyed and no damage is calculated. Else, the defender counter-attacks.
