If maybe any ballbusting or cbt might be planned? Maybe give her an anger meter and if you fail to perform or cook bad  or other triggers it raises the meter and eventually if it fills she uses it for punishment. The more she does it the more she grows to love it and the quicker she is to do it. Eventually maybe even creates reasons to  do it even when you do everything right.
