After completing all three loopholes we got to the sickward and the screen is always black. We've tried restarting and playing through again several times and no changes. We saw online that people mentioned there being a key card on Randolph's back , but that was not the case in the demo for us. When we are in the sickward we can still move and hear noises, just have black screen. Help!
