Is the feature missing in the latest version? I know I've made a reference box for all the Legend text boxes I've put around in my maps but I can't find that feature or tool any more.

Anyone? I've had this problem for months now. I still can't find a way to stick my legend reference box onto the map I'm making, despite having several legend text boxes on my map.
