making a horror would like feed back

(name of the game is not set down for suggestions and every suggestion i take on board i will give credit to you) 

Chosen Genre: Horror

(please note i am a new game dev i am really into IT and gamedev a want to get better at it and would love some help and help i would appreciate if you wanna private message me my insta will be on my account soon)

(note:the thing below is likely to change i also only have 7 weeks to make a minimal viable product for my teacher but im gonna make this a long term project after i hand in whatever i have and publish it on here)

Using sound and visual  

Game mechanics: 

  1. Torch: The environment around the player is dark/black and the player uses a torch to see in a funnel view in a particular radius. The player can change the view of the torch light depending on where the player is looking/directed. You will also be able to see enemies with the torch.   2. Sound (basics): using directional sound to be able to hear where enemies are. This will create an immersive environment and help with the challenge of not being able to see the enemy by locating it by sound.
  3. A hotline miami movement style (It's called camera lerp. Basically you have a camera object between your cursor and player with a set distance it can go and center on that.   4. There will be pockets of small lights that ether flash or turn off by the time you get there and as you get to those lights you light will automatically turn off till you pass that light
  5. The natural sound that humans make will happen a lot and echoes and footsteps will be able to be heard and depending where you are your environment will make some natural and unnatural sounds

Secret boss (only for true gamers and explorers to find and fight)
