I can download the file but whenever I try to open the file and make it a app it just buffers and then says unable to download I have space for the app
Seems to have some issues with storage. I experimented and realized that when it's full on more than 21/32 GB for me, it won't install, but otherwise it does no problem. Maybe your phone has different planche for that.
