How to get the chaos mode?

I saw DruuuWu upload a video called "What If All Countries NUKED All Countries..." where he was using a mode which I cant seem to find anywhere in the game and was wondering where i could find it? If its a new update why isn't it showing where usual updates show? Any help appreciated.

it's in v8 and above, aka every destruction update. you should be able to change the mode in the main menu. it should say GameMode in the bottom left of the main cental menu. under that it should be a button that says Normal Mode, if you click that button it should shuffle between the modes

Found the update i need, but whenever I try to download it this window pops up. Got any ideas?

uuuh it looks like you're using the itch.io app/launcher or whatever it's called and i've never used it before, so i honestly got no idea
