I found the deserters at the calbridge stronghold and at the biteroot farm but when i talk to the queen lancafew she just say "yes?".

i’m having the same issue all of the quest objectives are Green lit meaning it’s showing I have completed them but whenever I go to turn it in the same thing happens to me too the golden cross request is also glitched as I have multiple golden crosses in my inventory but when I talk to the priest in the church or the nuns or anyone else for that matter it never gives me an option to turn it in 

I've had the same bug or so i just need to open the boarder to turn the quest in because i let the couple go and tried to send the soldiers back to Dorgania kingdom was i supposed to execute them all only or do the same action to all NPCS to complete the quest? (those are the actions i took and i encountered this bug please explain developer person  i really don't wanna have to restart my game to try and get around this issue)
