Hi, I purhcased a license to interpolate 8k30 footage to 8k60 in h265. h264 is working properly in all resolutions however the h265 interpolated frames are blank. I'm running a 3900x, RTX 3070, 64GB ram. Is RIFE-APP packaged with an h265 encoder or is it using one from my computer's codec library?
