When I open the game it's zoomed out and I cant use several features or see what's happening, any ideas on what happened and how to fix it?

i got no idea what the issue might be, could you share a screenshot how it looks? 

The problem for me is that I can't tell what's happening most of the time since the part that shows that just isn't there. If I click the button at the top of the screen the arrow disappears too
