I tried out the patch, put it into the ''game'' folder of the where I extracted it, didn't see anything new.
Thought maybe I had to start from the beginning, nothing changed either.

Experienced AVN players will know these patches change certain... uh... links between characters. *wink wink*
Some may find that after adding the patch, a few unwanted "steps" have been removed from the game.
sounds like the base game, but with e̶x̶t̶r̶a̶ less steps
