How do you get out of the Centaur Plains after losing to a centaur?
No way, if you didn't buy a Town Portal Scroll beforehand. If you lost three times to them, you get Equestrian perk 3, and they will take you to their planes then, which is meant to be end of the game.
Either use a Town Scroll or Alma Portal Spell. If you don't have either you're locked out so make a new run or edit your save file
